This policy explains what information AppsKeep collects and how it is used. AppsKeep is a product of ASLAN Solutions, Inc. (“AppsKeep,” “we,” “us”).

Our principle

Private. Offline. Yours.

AppsKeep products are designed around four pillars: one-time purchase (no subscriptions), data that stays on your Windows PC, works completely offline, and desktop productivity (large screens, fast entry, multi-window). Application data you enter into our desktop software is stored locally on your Windows PC unless you choose to export or back it up yourself.

Desktop applications (your records)

  • Health, dental, pet, home, vehicle, and document records you enter are stored locally on your PC.
  • No cloud account is required to use the apps, and AppsKeep does not receive the records you keep in them.
  • Optional backups and exports you create (for example to an external drive) remain under your control.
  • We do not mine personal records from the apps for advertising.

Microsoft Store downloads

AppsKeep apps are downloaded free from Microsoft Store. Microsoft operates the Store and handles the download under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. As the publisher, we may receive aggregated reports from Microsoft (for example, install counts and app reliability data); these reports do not include the records you keep in the apps.

Free trial and license activation

Each app includes a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card or an account. When you buy, you receive an Activate License code to enter in the app. License activation is designed to work offline and does not transmit the records you keep in the app.

Purchases (Stripe)

Purchases are made on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe (buy.stripe.com). Stripe processes your payment; you enter your card details directly with Stripe, and AppsKeep does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy, and Stripe may use cookies on its checkout pages, including for fraud prevention.

From each purchase we receive your name, email address, the product purchased, and transaction details (such as amount and date). We use this information to deliver your license, to help with purchase, license, and refund questions, and to keep the business and tax records we are required to keep.

This website

The AppsKeep.com site is a static site and does not require an account. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Pages load a styling script from a third-party content delivery network (cdn.tailwindcss.com), which, like any web server, receives your IP address and browser information when your browser requests it. Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Contact and support

If you email us or use the support form (which opens your own email app), we receive the information you choose to send—typically name, email address, and message content—so we can respond to trial, purchase, or support requests. We retain that correspondence only as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run AppsKeep (such as Stripe for payments and our website and email hosting providers), or when required by law.

Cookies

AppsKeep.com does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The Stripe checkout pages are operated by Stripe and may use cookies as described above.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
